Does a Democratic Victory Mean More Money to Fight AIDS?

Stalled reauthorization of the Ryan White CARE Act, which provides most of the domestic money to fight AIDS, could get a boost from the Democratic takeover of Congress. The law has been hung up on a fight over money between rural areas that have seen an HIV boom and the urban centers where the disease remains a heavy burden.
